Fleur de Lys features 30ft walls of cultured stone, a floral sculpture containing more than 3,000 fresh-cut roses, semi-private cabana tables and, in the wine loft, a private dining area. There are DJs in the lounge, but the USP remains Hubert Keller's contemporary French cuisine. For the last word in indulgence, the Fleurburger, a Kobe burger served with truffles and foie gras, and accompanied by a bottle of 1990 Château Petrus, costs a cool $5,000.
