The food isn't cheap, but it appears that culinary legend Alain Ducasse might not be taking his Vegas eaterie as seriously as his more expensive restaurants in other cities. Both service and preparation seem rushed as the staff turn out more meals than perhaps they can manage. It's hard to fault the view from the 43rd floor, but you'll get the same view, and more bang for your buck, in the lounge next door.
