Picasso review Rate it

When your room is lined with $20 million of Picasso paintings, you have to work pretty hard to make an impression. No matter: Julian Serrano usually manages it. Unlike a lot of celebrity chefs with high-profile restaurants in Vegas, Serrano actually cooks at Picasso, building two crisp, daisy-fresh and wonderfully uncomplicated French-slanted menus nightly. Service is a treat and the wine list is stellar.
