Jun Ichikawa offers only the most traditional styles of sushi, shunning fusion cuisine and American-style rolls. Meanwhile, French-trained Gene Kato offers a large selection of entrees and hot appetisers. Robata (Japanese charcoal grill) is a speciality. The lounge is located under the Mirage's domed atrium, with a 110ft (34m) glowing red firewall alongside a multi-level main dining room.
