Rick Moonen moved to Vegas from New York to ensure that everything at his restaurant lives up to his initials. As a result, the room is cosily contemporary, the service is classic and the seafood is out of this world. For about half the price, you can sample Moonen's cooking bistro-style downstairs at the R Bar Café, which features a raw menu.
