Following on from Nobhill at the MGM Grand and his eponymous seafooder at Bellagio, Michael Mina's third Las Vegas venture is intimate and well designed, but aren't they all? Fish entrées grilled over wood and/or baked in clay are tasty, but what makes this place stand out is its big raw bar. Even the gimmicky lobster corndog appetiser is worth a bite.
