House specialities include American Kobe (or more properly, Wagyu) beef, and a bone-in filet served with foie gras and preserved cherry sauce; lobster arrives with a decadent vanilla-infused butter. Wash everything down with one of the 1,500 bottles of wine housed in a candlelit, walk-in cellar and wine wall.
