The best in-casino Indian restaurant in Las Vegas is also, the last time we checked, the only in-casino Indian restaurant in Las Vegas. Still, that's not to underplay the quality of the cooking at Gaylord, which remains higher than you might expect. Although the food does seem to have been toned down for an American audience, and prices are high, it retains a reassuring hint of authenticity. The decor is pleasing, and service is both friendly and efficient.
