This expensive sister to N9ne sits atop the Palms' new super-luxury Fantasy Tower and boasts one of the best views in town, along with beautiful modern decor. The steaks are mediocre and the service is steeped with attitude. But for all that, the only complaint you'll hear about the Nove spaghetti, prepared with lobster, shrimp, crab, scallops, calamari and basil, will relate to its $42 price tag.
