The austere, clinical design is is contemporary and a long way from the gentlemen's-club standard fittings that decorate more traditional steakhouses, but then the menu at Boa (an LA import) goes beyond surf 'n' turf cliché. The classics are rendered well here, though there's plenty of fun to be had on a list of appetisers that might include such novelties as truffle nachos and goat's cheese baklava. Prices are high.
