For the most part, Caesars and the adjacent Forum Shops wear their theming fairly lightly. One notable exception is this Italian eaterie, named for the fountain and located right by its Vegas reworking. It's a replacement for long-serving Bertolini's, and previous visitors may not notice a great deal of difference in its menu of Italian comfort food. But this is still a reliable option; and next to its competitors in the Forum Shops, it's pretty fairly priced.
