When it opened a few years back, Joe's (affiliated with the legendary Miami restaurant) impressed many with its fresh-daily seafood, bone-in steaks and gracious service. Since then, more pricey seafood and steak joints of higher pedigree have elevated local expectation. Still, Joe's represents rare value in the field of upscale Vegas dining, and is one of the gems of the Forum Shops expansion.

Went with my wife in February. It was her first visiting Las Vegas and Joe's is a pretty big reason we have a trip booked again September 14th. Sat on the outside to people watch. Had impeccable service. All of the food was great, but nothing compares to their stone crab claws. Joes will be the first place we go when we land in Vegas.
