Big Mama's Rib Shack review Rate it

Other restaurants in town have their fans, but, at least for our money, this spartan place on a slightly sketchy stretch of Bonanza Road is the best barbecue joint in Las Vegas. Eat here two or three times a week, and you'll figure out why Mama got to be Big: this stuff is rich, hefty and irresistible.
