Pot Liquor CAS (short for Contemporary American Smokehouse), which derived its name from the broth rendered from boiling collard greens with smoked meats or salt pork, is the creation of restaurateurs Flip Arbelaez and Doug Bell. Pot Liquor CAS offers regional barbecue favorites like Memphis style dry-rubbed spare ribs and savory mopped baby backs.
