Acclaimed rock ’n’ roll chef Kerry Simon’s eponymous new eaterie at Palms has a little something for everyone. There’s a sushi bar, wood-baked pizzas (the beef carpaccio is best), and main courses ranging from meatloaf to steaks (with a side of Tuscan fries), never mind the breakfast options. Is it a little schizophrenic? Sure. But if anyone can pull it off, put your money on Simon.
