Run by My Chocolate, these workshops take place every Sunday throughout the year, with occasional weekday availability. The two-and-a-half-hour classes are limited to 14 people and start with a lesson on the history of cocoa and the process that takes it from bean to bar. Following the introduction participants move on to making and decorating vanilla cream truffles, dark chocolate fudge, caramelised almonds and Italian gianduja, ending the session by placing the fruits of their labours in a pretty box to take away. For bookings of two or more tickets the group will receive a free bottle of wine and everyone leaves with a bag of free chocolate money. Children's parties are also available.
