Hackney Cyclists and Southwark Cyclists provide routes and cycle leaders for this event offering the chance to see three performances from the East festival in a day. First, hear the jazz/modern classical Portico Quartet at Toynbee Studios; then it's off to St John-at-Hackney Church for the South American-inspired songs of the Helen Chadwick Group; and finally to the Arcola Theatre for 'Play East' – shorts by Steven Berkoff, David Eldridge and Rebecca Lenkiewicz. The shows can also be seen separately if you don't fancy cycling.
