London Bridge celebrates its 800th anniversary, and the landmark will be closed to traffic to make way for craftsmen selling their wares as they did hundreds of years ago when the bridge was lined with shops and houses. There'll be a programme of entertainment inspired by the period in which the original bridge stood - 1209 to 1831. This London Bridge Festival event is a fundraiser for The Lord Mayor's Appeal.
