The O2 stages its first opera in May - a three-night run for Bizet's ever-popular 'Carmen'. Presented by Raymond Gubbay, designed by David Roger, staged in the round - and sung in English - the performance features a cast of 150 artists including dancers, acrobats and fire eaters with the principle roles shared by Cristina Nassif and Louise Poole (as Carmen) and John Hudson and Philip O'Brien (as Don Jose).
