Laura White
Launching the shopping centre's first Christmas lights switch-on is last year's 'X-Factor' contestant Laura White, singing six songs. Local school children start the event with a lantern parade, there'll be snow falling and free mince pies, and music from the Choir with No Name and the UCLU choir. The Renoir is screening 'A White Christmas' at 8.30pm (see www.curzoncinemas.com for ticket prices).
