This festival focusing on small food and drink producers includes 400 exhibitors, tastings, demonstrations from chefs including Valentina Harris and chocolatier Willie Harcourt-Cooze, cookery workshops and demonstrations on growing your own food, the Chocolate Unwrapped area with tastings from 15 chocolate companies and, new this year, a restaurant run by Riverford Organic Field Kitchen. A children's education area offers the chance to learn where food comes from by watching a milking demo and getting involved in hands-on butter making classes.
