Battersea Power Station is once again transformed into an international standard snowboarding and freestyle ski venue featuring a 32m snow jump. Accompanying the World Cup snowboard and ski competitions at the iconic south London venue will be fairground rides, a popular addition in 2009, a retail village and après-ski style bars with live DJs, plus music from live bands including Mark Ronson, Roni Size and Pendulum - see the line up here: http://bit.ly/freezefestivalbands
After-work tickets for the Friday night mean you can arrive at 6.30pm and catch the end of the competition before settling down to enjoy the bands. Freeze is an all-ages event but under-16s must be accompanied by someone aged 18 or older.
