Time Out says Rate it

Equip yourself with a map, available from the website and a handful of participating venues, and set off on a tour of 200 exhibitions and events at galleries, studios, shops, cafés, houses and the odd hedge or lamp post. There are also walks, talks and cycle rides as Walthamstow's art community comes together for this annual event.
