The final day of the official Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebrations includes a morning service of thanksgiving at St Paul's Cathedral, attended by the Queen and members of the royal family and 2,000 invited guests (there's no general admission to this event but it will be televised, and transmitted to big screens set up around London and elsewhere in the UK, with the order of service available to download from the Diamond Jubilee website from 3pm on Monday). The Archbishop of Canterbury will preach at the service, which will be conducted by the Dean of St Paul's. The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh will then attend a short reception at Mansion House. It's slightly unclear on the official Jubilee website, but I believe the carriage procession back to Buckingham Palace will be after the lunch being held at Westminster Hall.
This is the point that's unclear. It's not stated the trip to St. Paul's is by car. One can assume this is the case. Unfortunately, the coach that will be used for The Queen will be a simple landau. Not the coronation coach used in 2002.

As to departure time from the palace to church, I's say 9:50- 10ish for the 10:30 service. For good viewing, assume you'll be in your 'spot' at 6-7 AM.

Will there be a carriage procession taking the Qeen TO St Pauls, or will she be travelling by car from Buckingham Palace, please??
At what time wil;l the Queen leave Buckingham Palace, please?
