This dining experience for London 2012 takes participants on a culinary journey through world cuisine. Each evening of the Olympics 80 diners, sitting round a large table sculpted to resemble the continents, feast on a four-course banquet reflecting a different region. Menus include British night and Northern Europe night, moving eastwards round the globe to end with Brazil night as a symbolic handover to the 2016 Games. The event is organised by Latitudinal Cuisine and co-hosted by Kerstin Rodgers of the Underground Restaurant.
