A series of spring events sees the Central London landmark transformed into a modern incarnation of the famous Covent Garden flower market that dominated the marketplace for over 300 years. Attractions include a giant flower installation that will evolve into a living artwork, a pop-up urban gardening boutique curated by a gardening expert, a working mini allotment with home-grown fruit and vegetables, talks, demonstrations and live plant surgeries from a host of gardening and eco-experts. This week the Potting Shed Stage on the North Piazza hosts a honey tasting and talk with Hattie Ellis (Apr 26 12noon), a talk on foraging for blackberries and raspberries by Yun Hider (Apr 26 1pm) and Beatrix Potter readings (Apr 27 12noon & 1pm).
