  • Free theatre from Wednesdays to Sundays until early September, presented by the Steam Industry theatre company. For adults the play is Federico Garcia Lorca's 'Blood Wedding' in a new version by former poet laureate Ted Hughes. 'Petite Rouge' is a family show based on Mike Artell's book inspired by Little Red Riding Hood (see Theatre). The Scoop is the sunken amphitheatre on the south side of the Thames Path next to City Hall near Tower Bridge. No need to book.
