  • When I was a student (not that long ago, I might add) I didn't want to miss out just because my monthly budget was hardly visible under a microscope. It was all about thrift, blagging free stuff and going on grand adventures in a new city. So, welcome to Time Out: allow us to be your guide as you find your way through the capital and everything it has to offer. We've listed some useful starting points for you below.
