    How to get a free Time Out guide
    Simply bring any one of your old travel guides (one that isn’t a Time Out guide) to the Time Out building on Friday November 20 between 11.30am and 3.30pm, and we’ll swap it for a new Time Out guide free of charge. It’s that easy. The Time Out building is at 251 Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 7AB (opposite Sainsbury’s) - click here for a map.

    The first 2,000 people to swap their travel guides will in addition receive a FREE copy of 'London Calling', Time Out’s celebration of London’s rich and colourful history, worth £20.

    Terms and conditions
    You must bring an old guidebook on the day (one that isn’t a Time Out guide) in order to exchange it for a new Time Out Shortlist guide free of charge. The free Time Out guide is to be chosen from selected lines only, while stocks last. Offer valid 11.30am-3.30pm on November 20 2009 only. Offer is limited to one guide per person.
