American Hardcore 1978 - 1990

Lo-fi graphics are to the fore in this fascinating exhibition of American Hardcore record sleeves for the likes of Black Flag, Dead Kennedys, the Ramones, Bad Brains and Meat Puppets. Taken together, the 50 pieces here illustrate the movement's genesis and shifts over a decade, but also show a crude DIY graphic style that chimed perfectly with the music. The collection of 50 seven-inch singles will be for sale as a framed artwork from the gallery, and also as a commemorative publication.
