This astonishing and richly diverse exhibition is a treat for anyone interested in the history of the United Kingdom and British Empire as seen through the lens. It is a tour de force of inventiveness and covers much ground, including spiritualist photographs, exotic travels, stereoscopic (3D photography) and reveals for the first time the sepia icons of 19th century photographic vision. Rewarding and monumental - this show must not be missed!
