Time Out says

Italo Calvino's novel of the same name is an imaginative account of discovering various promised lands: Utopia, Atlantis, Icaria and so forth. This makes 'Invisible Cities' a nice theme for a painting show, but in practice makes only for a nice painting show, with tasteful and restrained abstraction reining in too much wild invention. The lone visual affront comes from the supercharged hyperrealism of Sarah Morris, whose crushing towers of Mammon seen through neon vector graphics (LA and Las Vegas providing inspiration) positively scream bold and brash metropolis.
