Behind-the-scenes tours of the Aquarium last 40 minutes and provide an opportunity to see what it takes to run one of Europe's largest marine centres. Those attending will see aquarists at work on research and other programmes, caring for sick creatures and new arrivals, preparing food and monitoring the water management system. There's a chance to take part in some tasks and ask questions along the way.
