Time Out says

A talk that forms part of the Institute's continuing series of events celebrating the French Huguenots of Spitalfields. Jim Gledhill, curator of social and working history in the History Collections Department at the Museum of London, looks back at the arrival in the 16th and 17th centuries of the persecuted French protestants, and how they helped shape the area, and London, with skills such as silk weaving, gunmaking, clock and watchmaking, goldsmithing and other historic London trades.
