  • "A zoo in an Aquarium". I took my kids over the holidays. It was an absolute nightmare. Crowded, smelly, dirty. People are unrespectful. No staff around. Quite expensive for the experience. No big news but If you plan to go, avoid the holiday time.

  • Worse than rubbish. Doesn't deserve one star. As crowded as the underground in rush hour. Kids didn't get to see anything. Cruel to people and not much fun for the fish especially the dying starfish being 'petted' by children. Entertainment? In your dreams.

  • Overpriced, cramped and all you are paying for is to see the main tank repeatedly. Poorly executed decoration and little staff supervision. Not recommended for anyone but very young children. Anyone with a real interest in marine life / zoology is much better served at London Zoo.

  • took the fam (2 ad, 2 kids) last saturday. Same old same old. don't believe the hype; sure it's great to see wonderful creatures, but 'seen one giant fish tank, seen 'em all'. Also the 'terrible scary shark thing' was SO LAME! :(
