  • I'm in Australia and would love to give a ticket to the Aquarium as a gift to my grandson - do you have gift cards because from this distance I can't nominate a date. Thanks

  • Another overrated London attraction. Everything about the UK is overrated, such a lot of hype about it being a 'first world' country. Is that why the cost of living is so high to compensate for the low standards?

  • COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY APPALING TO SAY THE LEAST THE LAYOUT IS A NIGHTMARE AND AND HAVING STAFF TO ASK YOU IF YOU WOULD BE SO KIND BUT TO MOVE A LONG IS A JOKE.

  • The website layout is appalling. It is hard to navigate and get information from which, sounds like a taster for the actual venue itself! I suggest they put more pictures of the exhibits to allow people to decide whether its is worth the two hour queue to get in!

  • I went to the London Aquarium (Sealife) yesterday with two children aged 2 and 3. We waited for two hours to get in. There was no information given to those queing about how long the wait would be. Both children ended up having to urinate in a cup were thirsty and hungry and miserable by the time we entered. I myself needed to use the loo and managed finally when insde the building to catch the eye of staff who assured me there are 'plenty' of toilets inside. When we finally got inside there was two toilets on the entry floor with another huge queue. Finally found one on another floor which didn't lock and didn't have any paper. We were then shuffled around by staff who unbeleiveably kept telling us to move on. It was not possible to see much as there were far too many people. This is not a child friendly venue at all with loads of hazards for pre-school kids. I decided to leave but that's when problems started this place is a nightmare to get out of so poorly signposted that people wander round bewlidered. I joined forces with a french family, who were apalled at the standards, and it still took us 40 minutes to get out. TOTAL RIP OFF NIGHTMARE
