  • Five star refurbishment with lots of interesting things to do for the children and a lovely airy tea room.

  • I visited on 4th August just after the reopening and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of refurbishment and the thoughtful use of space. The objects on display are fascinating and the breadth of interactive opportunities for adults and children are very appealing. The cafe and surrounding gardens were wonderfully inviting even though not yet fully complete. A surprising gem of a gallery in this part of town. I wasn't a William Morris fan, but certainly more interested now.
