  • Just left this place on a night that England are playing a World Cup Qualifier. As I work in the area I know there is a severe lack of nice football pubs/bars so often come here. However I will never be back after tonight when the manager refused to put the sound on for the game but insisted on playing repetitive house music. When I asked the manager if he would put the sound on he refused stating it was a Friday night. I pointed out that since the bar advertises itself as a sports bar this should surely be irrelevant. However his response 'Darling I'm not putting the sound on' was pretty enraging. Disappointing considering I'd already spent a fair amount on two rounds of drinks and a round of overpriced food on the premise that I'd be able to watch a football game in a sports bar, money I wouldn't mind spending to watch a game in what I thought was a good bar. I implore sports fans , especially female ones for fear of being brushed aside 'darlings', to avoid this place.

  • Awful - far better places to go in Shoreditch. This place is as bad as it gets.

  • Bar Kick is by far the best place to go in Shoreditch and their coctails are definitely the best in town. Great staff too!
