Avoid! Awful bar - pretentious staff, drinks that will bankrupt you and even £1.50 for a glass of soda water?! The Redchurch Mojito described in the menu as 'bizarre but great', was in fact bizarre and disgusting. Unisex toilets were dirty and the vibe was trying-very-hard-to-be-cool, unsuccessfully.

I like this place on a saturday night, it's open late and they do some decent cocktails to round the night off. It will almost definitely be busy and people have a tendency move away from the bar, but the apple martini is decent if not a 'work of art'.... expect a slice of apple sailing a blackberry merrily across your glass, not Rembrandt.

THIEVES DEN! Overcrowded, overpriced, pretentious bar staff.. AVOID!!! The girls in our group noticed a pair frisking their bags at the bar.. In fairness to the security they threw the guys out when we got them over but we later discovered my girlfriends phone had been stolen (2am call to Romania.. Hmm)... Worse, if the thieves don't get your money/phone the extortionate drink prices certainly will (£8.50 for a double mixer?!).. A bartender wearing a ridiculous pointed hat took the liberty to attempt adding several pounds as a gratuity, declaring his £10 apple martini a 'work of art'... We're talking about a shabby, run of the mill Shoreditch bar.. Avoid like the plague..
