This not-for profit members' club is a grand old Grade 1 listed house slap-bang in the middle of Soho. It nails a nice line between distinguished and arty, and the beautiful interior never feels formal or stuffy. Music and arts figures like Andrew Weatherall, Jarvis Cocker and Gilles Peterson have strong ties with the club, so you might well catch one of them performing there if you're lucky, but if not, just enjoy the upmarket food and drink, or simply lounge around and soak up the atmosphere.

Great atmosphere, lovely building and garden. Service could be quicker and more attentive but given many of the staff are learning their craft I am happy to accept it for what it is. Wonderful cocktails and the food in the restaurant is excellent. The wine list is accessible to all pockets and has some interesting unknowns that are worth trying due to the mark up being minimal.
More than likely to renew my membership in October
HoSB is a fantastic venue whilst tackling a social issue. Proving that an exclusive venue can do some good. Love this place!
A truly wonderful place - it's difficult to find anything to say that's not dribblingly complimentary... House of St Barnabus is a stunning, Grade 1 listed house on Soho Square, full of nooks, art and comfy furniture. It has a beautiful, leafy garden (that appears in A Tale of Two Cities, no less). The food is great, the bar is wonderful and the staff are lovely. It's all in support of a truly inspirational charity that helps homeless people back into work. And membership is significantly less than most London clubs. You should all join immediately.
