Truckles of Pied Bull Yard

Well after being to Truckles for many a year, I chose not to re-visit after a conversation with the brash, common, unskilled manager Liza. Who ever employed her should be dismissed. But after a conflict with by collegues to return for a business meeting, I am so relieved that she has gone and about time. Well done Davy's I shall be informing ALL my associate's to return to which use to be our drinking hole!!!

Poor food. The salad that came with the Pate had a hair in it. Our Duck Confit had no sauce, was dry and came on a bland bed of dauphinoise potatoes. If you're heading out for drinks and want an average meal beforehand it's fine but I wouldn't recommend for a nice evening meal.

I really enjoyed this bar/restaurant. I have been a regular there now for some time and I have definately noticed a marked improvement over the last few months. I enjoyed the service and the food. They are now excepting Taste Cards so the value is great there. Definately be going again and again :)

this is by far the worst pub I have ever been to. the food is horrible, the boss is rude and the wine is so pricey. what really put me down the most was how horribly the staff were being treated by their superiors.
