  • Don't go here... got my stuff stolen here and the bar staff think they're something special, particularly the manager who is rude and up himself....

  • Rudest bartender I ever met in my life. She thinks she is so cool, but actually scary as hell. No: hi, yes/no, please or thank you, just staring at you , looking at you with dirty glances. How lovely.

  • I used to like this bar, but it is now frequented by thieves. I have been twice in the last year. The first time I had my North Face jacket stolen. I gave it a second chance but this time my briefcase with my laptop in it was stolen. Adding insult to injury, the staff were totally unhelpful.

  • I was downstairs in the “Hawaiian-themed” bar (decorated like a children’s soft play area on a £25 budget) on Friday night. It wasn’t the greatest night, the music was poor and the service was terrible, but it got a lot worse. I saw the barmaid try to pour us some drinks in glasses that had clearly already been used. When I asked her if they were clean, she got ultra defensive and started shouting in front of everyone standing at the bar. It was very embarrassing for everyone not to mention unprofessional. Suffice to say, I didn’t hang around and shan’t be going back to Two Floors or recommending this venue. One to avoid people!

  • I have previously been a fan of Two Floors, however after this weekend, I would certainly not recommend it. I booked the downstairs area for an engagement celebration for 30-40 people. When we arrived, Two Floors had only allocated us 3 tiny tables for approx 9 people. And since other people had booked up the other tables, half our party had to relocate upstairs with the remaining half downstairs. Now, it's not that difficult - if you don't want to give people the space they've requested, then let them know so that they can either take what you offer them or book somewhere else.
