  • Possibly the worst service in town.

  • I've been there once and staff was unfriendly and service just below average. I gave them the benefit of doubt, but they escalated to become rude and terrible service - and it wasn't even full. No excuses now. On top of it, their drinks selection is poor. Not recommended.

  • Possibly the rudest pub in town. Waiting staff are ok but the bar staff suck! Theu're all about 5 years old with an attitude. Do something wise and go to the pub across the road.

  • Great breakfast but it is the service that was a disappointment. Very young and inexperienced staff. They brought the bill without asking and then proceeded to ask 3 times how we would like to pay. Got the message and moved on... we had 2 full breakfast 4 cups of coffees, 2 juices and would have liked time to digest without feeling turffed out onto the street.

  • That's a weirdly misleading review. Bermondsey Street - described by your reviewer as "a side street branching off from the London Bridge rail estuary" - is one of Vogue's four hottest streets in London, bristling with great restaurants and bars, galleries and unusual shops. The best thing about the Woolpack is its wonderful garden - paradise for smokers and sun hoggers. But that doesn't get a mention. Sounds like your reviewer popped down from Fulham for a quick half of bitter one wet Sunday in November, grabbed a plate of sausage and mash and didn't even look around.
