In the heart of Leicester Square, the vast and rather dramatically fitted-out Ruby Blue - with its alcoves and corridors and swooping perspectives - promises to be all things to all people, although 'quiet' may be a tall order. The main bar boasts a runway-length bar that gleams beneath a faux Michaelangelo paint job on the ceiling and there are 'silver', 'wood' and 'fur' booths which can be booked for larger groups. The relaxed but stylish restaurant offers bar food as well as a full menu, and pre-theatre sittings.
