Soho Revue Bar
It was once the Raymond Revue Bar, then Too2Much and is now the Soho Revue Bar. With its heart firmly in gay Soho, the eye is on cabaret and vintage music scenes: Scarlet Fever is the Sunday night affair, while El Nino’s Lady Luck keeps the kids lindy hopping around the dancefloor once a month.

The Class Club
Duckie rules the twisted cabaret roost with a weekly Saturday night affair down the Royal Vauxhall Tavern, but Amy Lamé and her ‘homosexualist friends’ return to the Barbican for Christmas. Interactive cabaret theatre with all the trimmings, choose between three tiers of tickets: working class, middle class and upper class. Food and drink is adjusted accordingly: silver service with bespoke puds for the upper class, roast turkey and lager for the lower class.
Diary date Dec 16-Jan 7. Lower class £14.99; middle class £25.00; upper class £40.00.
