The inventive management at this Scandinavia-themed bar may have had to ring a few changes of late (bringing in £4.95 lunch deals, for example), but Nordic remains the same kooky cellar of yore; the day they remove the triptych of Max von Sydow sinking an akvavit is the day you have to worry. In the meantime, expect the usual 29 cocktails (£7) - try the Northern Light (muddled fresh mint, mango and white peach purée, Absolut mandarin and blue curaçao). The shots (£3) are as cheeky as their names (Flaming Volvo, Sven Goran Erection), and the beers include Zeunert Original and Lapin Kulta. Scando smörgåsbords complete the picture.
