Wall Bar
Under the same umbrella as the Livery off Cheapside, this terrace bar below Tower 42 makes up for its soulless concrete surroundings with reasonable cheer inside. Once under the red awnings, you’re treated to the same extensive drinks menu as at the Livery: 30 wines, 20 cocktails and ten beers. White wines include a Seppelt chardonnay (£4.10/ £15.95) and a Babich sauvignon blanc (£4.70/£18.15); reds a Casillero del Diablo Carmenere (£4.85/£18.45) from Chile and a Côte de Brouilly (£5.85/ £22.45). Half the cocktails are also available by the jug, and include mixes such as a Lynchburg Lemonade with JD and a cosmopolitan with Absolut Citron. You’ll find Asahi, Tiger and Leffe among the bottled beers.
