They're absolutely huge, often damp and may leave a strange mark on your jeans after a night out - but these arches host some great nights, along with some of the best loos in London (which goes a long way in our book). The promoters usually open up two arches and a chill out space, but those three rooms need a few thousand to fill them. When they're crammed, it's all 'back in the day' rave, with a cracking atmosphere and plenty of room for lasers. Clubs range from old-school happy hardcore to the Lucha Britannia's occasional Mexican wrestling extravaganzas.
