Sparse, laid-back and bohemian, the two-floor Two Floors is understated and quite wonderful. Beers here are mainly bottled (Modelo Especial, Red Stripe, Brooklyn), ales (St Peter's, Sierra Nevada) too, with draught Kirin and £6 caipirinhas, caipiroskas (plain, vanilla and cinnamon) and cosmopolitans thrown in. There are £4 lunchtime ciabattas too - chorizo and emmental or mozzarella, tomato and basil perhaps? Though even the laziest daytime rendezvous might well spark into a raging evening session along the new bar hub of Kingly Street. Alexandra Carpenter and Richard Hubner's strikingly graphic depictions of people interacting should survive a major paint job scheduled for early 2008.

If you're not into over enthusiastic people then move on! I like being positive about life and focus on the things that I like rather than whinging...
