Time Out has teamed up with tastelondon to offer you a fantastic one month free trial
Having paid the £2 day membership fee (and thus skirting a local law concerning alcohol sales and nearby Buckingham Palace), walk through the ICA gallery to what at first appears to be a rather modest, raised café area of institutional atmosphere. But the ICA is in fact very much a bar, and a well-stocked, artily cool, late-opening one at that. Draught Budvar, Beck's Vier and Leffe and bottled Budvar Dark are complemented by a list of ten cocktails (£6-£7) - mojitos, manhattans and margaritas and the like. Some surprisingly decent wines are available by the glass, including a Chablis St Martin Domaine Le Roche (£8/£31), although if you're after a Châteauneuf du Pape Cuvée des Sommeliers, you'll have to buy the bottle (£41). Sandwiches, pies, platters and specials comprise a substantial food selection.

Forgot the booking we made, ran out of glasses and were serving in plastic, then tried to serve drinks in unwashed glasses, rinsing them briefly in front of me before pouring! Service was pretty poor... Not recommended.
